How It Works
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Belly Dancing Body Fitness

Belly Dancing Body Fitness™ is a unique workout, created by Tricia Truax, that uses simple belly dancing moves for fitness focusing on the core! 

This low impact workout has you moving in ways you never did before and you will be amazed by how you feel at the end of one class!

Complete with BDBF™ drills, floor work, and simple choreography to Arabic rhythms and amazing tribal beats, this program defines the word fun for you and your friends!

Buti Yoga

This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Gold favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion - THE RESULT - long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves. 

Gentle Yoga 

The slower pace of  Gentle Yoga classes make them a great choice if you want a less strenuous approach to your practice. These extremely accessible classes are perfect for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support—from seniors to pregnant women to world-class athletes.


Pilates

Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. (Yeah, we know – who doesn’t want that?)

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
 
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga classes consist of a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a precise order incorporating a standing series and a flow series. This class systematically works the entire body, incorporating strength, balance and flexibility. The room is heated to 100 degrees. The additional heat allows the body to become more pliable, thus you can stretch out tight muscles easier.

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.

Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available!

Kettlebell Strength

Kettlebells are cast iron weights, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping. The kettlebell originated in Russia and was popular in the U.S. decades ago, but has hit a resurgence in the last few years with a flurry of classes, videos and books. The reason? Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. People love it because it's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling class is a powerful way to burn calories and build endurance. A single 45 minute indoor cycling class can burn 500-600 calories. This is a very low-impact class and is a preferred class for those with knee/hip issues. 

We have 3 indoor cycling classes each week. The class is very popular and is first come; first serve. There are 13 bikes to choose from! 

Round 1 Boxing

This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you'll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on our heavy bags.
The class also has a cardio/core component that will sculpt your abs in record time! This class is very popular and fills up quickly. To get a spot, get there early and get prepared!

Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

ALL MEMBERS CAN ATTEND THIS CLASS. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A SILVER SNEAKERS MEMBER, ANYONE CAN TAKE IT.



Silver Sneakers Yoga

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness levels.

Silver Sneakers Circuit

Our Silver Sneakers Circuit classes utilize our low-impact hydraulic machines.  You move through a series of easy to use machines and cardio moves to target both your strength and your endurance. This class is perfect for all age groups.
