Cross training is a multi-discipline program designed to build functional strength. All Cross Training workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

We have a 5,000 square foot dedicated cross training and boot camp facility. The facility houses plyo boxes, pull up stations, sleds, rowers, air bikes, squat racks, glute hamstring developers, gymnastic rings, climbing wall, climbing ropes, battle ropes, kettlebells, olympic lifting bars and plates, and a whole lot of energy!

Our Cross Training membership includes boot camp classes, 24/7 gym access, tanning,  child care and group classes.
