Boot Camp

Boot Camp

Losing weight is HARD! Very HARD. Don't make it any harder than it already is. Let us help you with the RIGHT formula. We offer both components to ensure you are successful at weight loss. We have an excellent Boot Camp program to help you maximize your fat burn. AND we have a STRENGTH Component to help you maximize your WEIGHT LOSS.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. The result is the EPOC Effect – more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours after your workout!

The physiological theory behind our Boot Camp workout is known as “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC. During the 60-minute workout, you will perform multiple intervals designed to produce 12 to 20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your maximum heart rate, which translates to Zones 4/5. This program design produces workout "afterburn" effect, which is an increased metabolic rate for 24 to 36 hours after the workout. When combing the amazing workout with EPOC, our clients burn an average of 500 to 1000 calories.

Our Boot Camp workout will produce increased muscle Endurance, Strength and Power and if desired, tremendous weight loss. With energetic music, a talented group of fitness coaches and a high-energy studio, you have the recipe for a workout that produces BIG and LASTING results.

Unlike other "Boot Camp" programs, we offer a comprehensive Strength Training component. this begins with Strength Training Foundation Seminars to help you get started losing weight the RIGHT way.

While cardio burns calories and fat when you're performing it, high rep strength training has what is known as high EPOC or "Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption." This is a fancy term for saying how long your metabolism is elevated after exercise.

Studies show that a well-designed strength program can elevate your EPOC or metabolism for up to 38 hours after the workout. In other words, you continue to burn calories long after strength training. Whereas once you stop cardio, the calorie burning stops as well.

Strength training coupled with diet and cardio burns fat far more than cardio and diet alone. In bodybuilding terms, we call this "cutting up." And I've never heard anyone complain about their toned arms, back or six-pack.

Our boot camp program is on-going. We conduct a fit test in the beginning to establish a base-line. We also conduct a bio-impedance body fat analysis. This tell us how much of your body is fat, muscle and water. This way we know that you are burning fat and building muscle!

We provide you with sound nutrition information, weigh and measure and 14 different boot camp classes each week.

Your boot camp investment includes 24/7 access to the gym, child care, tanning and all our other group classes each week.
